Pete Ireland is an award-winning producer and writer, originally from Australia. His feature and short films have been selected for Oscar, Australian Academy (AACTA), and FIAPF-accredited film festivals; and streamed/broadcast in Australia and Europe.

Ming Lai is a filmmaker and photographer. His narrative and documentary films explore the human condition, from social issues to arts and culture. His fine art and documentary photography express his artistic vision. He’s created TV commercials and videos for many international clients, including Coldwell Banker, Epson, Fujitsu, Marukome, and Yakult. With all of his projects, he strives to create enduring works of art that benefit humanity.

Dawn Mikkelson (Producer/Editor/Additional Cinematography) Emmy Award winning producer and McKnight Filmmaking Fellow, whose work has broadcast, streamed and screened internationally. Festival screenings of her feature documentaries include: the Galway Film Fleadh, Cinequest, Mill Valley Film Festival, Heartland Film Festival, DOC NYC, Frameline Film Festival, and American Indian Film Festival. Broadcast and streaming include: APT (American Public Television), PBS, CBC (Canadian Broadcast Corporation), Yes-Docu (Israel), Deutsche Welle (Germany), iTunes, and Amazon Prime. Mikkelson has completed seven award-winning independent feature documentaries, MINNESOTA MEAN (2023), FINDING HER BEAT (2022), RISKING LIGHT (2018), THE RED TAIL (2009), GREEN GREEN WATER (2007), THIS OBEDIENCE (2003), and TREADING WATER: A DOCUMENTARY (1999), character-driven films highlighting power and joy in the margins.

Tiffany Fisher-Love (she/her) straddles the line between narrative and documentary projects. She is currently working as the Producer for the feature documentary “Storming,” “The Experiencer Project,” and the feature-narrative “Hawaiian Vacation.” Previous work includes Co-Producer on “Boycott” and the Emmy-nominated and California Humanities-supported film “United Skates.” Tiffany was a 2021 Film Independent Documentary Fellow, a 2022 Sundance Producer Intensive Fellow, and a 2023 SF Film Creative Advising Mentor.

Nathaniel Hansen is an Emmy-nominated, Peabody Award-winning documentary filmmaker and educator. His work has screened at Tribeca, SXSW, and Hot Docs, and has been featured by The New York Times, PBS, and National Geographic. He resides in Boston with his family.

Julian Cautherley is an Emmy-award winning British/Chinese TV and film producer. He won the Sundance Grand Jury Prize in 2019 for his film Clemency. His projects have been nominated for BAFTAS, Independent Spirit Awards, Emmys, Gotham Awards, DGA awards, PGA awards and have been twice shortlisted for the Oscars.
