Maria Fortiz-Morse is documentary filmmaker whose work has screened at festivals internationally and on the PBS documentary series "P.O.V.". From behind the camera, Maria quietly focuses on capturing the beauty, power and courage of her subjects who range in scope from presidential candidates and celebrities, to human rights activists and children living with disability. Her experience growing-up in a multiracial family inspires her to seek-out stories that can bridge cultural differences, and she believes passionately that documentary filmmaking can be a force for positive, social change.

PJ Raval is a queer, first generation Filipinx American filmmaker whose work examines social justice issues through the voices of queer and marginalized subjects.

Melina Tupa is an award-winning Argentine-Brazilian journalist, documentary director, editor, and producer. Her work includes the Emmy-nominated feature documentary A La Calle, the Tribeca-premiering short documentary Miss Panama, and Video Consortium’s Silver Telly Award-winning Solutions Storytelling Project: Latin America.

Shane has years of production management experience across film and television, and was part of the series and development teams at MTV, VH1 and VICELAND/VICE TV, and was the Head of Production at Story Syndicate, where he oversaw documentary features and series for Netflix, HBO, Apple, Hulu, FX, and NatGeo. He is currently the Head of Production at Candle True Stories, and is currently producing two independent documentary features.
