Violet Feng

Violet Du Feng is an Emmy® Award-winning documentary filmmaker known for creating nuanced, intimate, and thought-provoking films that explore larger social issues. Over the past decade, she has directed, produced, and executive produced more than fifteen films. Her directing credits include THE DATING GAME, which premiered at Sundance 2025 in World Cinema Documentary Competition, and HIDDEN LETTERS, an Oscar®-shortlisted, Emmy® and Peabody nominated film that debuted at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival in documentary competition. HIDDEN LETTERS went on to win eleven festival awards and was broadcast in 15 countries. Violet is a member of the Documentary Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), a 2025 Guggenheim Fellow and serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Journalism School.

Jaydn Ray Gosselin

Jaydn Ray Gosselin is a New York-based, French-Australian documentary director, producer, and editor. Jaydn’s films have been supported by Field of Vision, Doc Society, Amnesty International, Forensic Architecture, the Ads-Up Refugee Network, and over 1,300 donors. His productions have been pitched at Big Sky, AIDC, Camp 4Science, and Ji.hlava, covered in Forbes, New York Magazine, and Scientific American, among others, and have premiered at major festivals, including SXSW, HotDocs, and AFI. He is a Co-Creation Lab Fellow at Doc Society; an Art & Impact Fellow at Doc Society and AIDC; a Doc.Lab.Interact Fellow with Anagram, VicScreen, and AIDC; and a Development Studio Fellow at the NYU Production Lab.

Katia is a documentary producer and director who has worked in the trenches of documentary production since 2005. She recently produced Carla Gutiérrez' FRIDA, the award-winning Sundance Film Festival documentary about the artist Frida Kahlo that is available to watch on Amazon PRIME. Her longtime association with public television includes co-directing, with April Hayes, the PBS film Home Truth, a ten-year longitudinal film about a Latina domestic violence survivor and human rights advocate. She also produced Kingdom of Shadows (POV) and The Graduates/Los Graduados (Independent Lens) and has worked with veteran journalist Bill Moyers on several of his public affairs television programs. She lives in New Jersey and is a mom of two.
