Violet Du Feng is an Emmy® Award-winning documentary filmmaker known for creating nuanced, intimate, and thought-provoking films that explore larger social issues. Over the past decade, she has directed, produced, and executive produced more than fifteen films. Her directing credits include THE DATING GAME, which premiered at Sundance 2025 in World Cinema Documentary Competition, and HIDDEN LETTERS, an Oscar®-shortlisted, Emmy® and Peabody nominated film that debuted at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival in documentary competition. HIDDEN LETTERS went on to win eleven festival awards and was broadcast in 15 countries. Violet is a member of the Documentary Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), a 2025 Guggenheim Fellow and serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Journalism School.

Kate Levy is a filmmaker and multimedia artist. Her documentary films, installations, sculptures, texts, and photography series interrogate power structures, political memory and cultural narratives. She has worked on projects related to water, education, police violence, immigration and environmental and economic justice. She has exhibited her work at museums, cultural centers, film festivals and conferences in the US and internationally.

Joslyn Barnes is a screenwriter and two-time Oscar nominated, Golden Globe and Independent Spirit nominated, and Emmy award winning producer of over 60 feature and documentary films, series and artworks shot in 26 countries. Since co-founding Louverture Films in 2005 together with actor Danny Glover, she has forged relationships with top-tier directors, actors, producers, galleries, talent agencies, film institutes and funding bodies, foundations and other philanthropic institutions, distributors and exhibitors, film festivals and curators, as well as a wide network of individual investors and grantors across the world.
